For the last week, I’ve been taking a most soothing botanical concoction: Nature’s Remedy tinctures joyfully called Soothe, Energise, and Be Happy.
These essencesare subtle - you’re not going to feel like you’ve taken intense stimulants (which is a good thing!).
Rather, these plant essences definitely worked on an energetic level with a gentle but noted lift in my mood, a softening of tension in my body, and a calm clarity that’s washes over you so gently that you simply forget your nervous system held any unrest.
Nature’s Remedy are a vibrational medicine, which means the energetic imprint of flowers (basically like their ‘life force’) is suspended in liquid. This imprint interacts with your own energetic field, gently shifting emotional patterns, dissolving stress and restoring balance to your mind-body connection.
You can administer a few drops under your tongue a few times a day, and the essences act like subtle tuning forks. There isn’t a thunderclap moment, but more like the volume of inner noise turning down.
There are eight tinctures in the Nature’s Remedy collection, and here is how I picked my essences:
- Soothe Essence for joint and muscle pain, because I always have some subtle aches and pains from sitting all day. The drops defenitely helped make my body more limbre and “flexy” by soothing low-level inflammation in my nervous system.
- Energise Essence, to stay upbeat and productive during long days. I wake up at 5 and am ‘go go go’ until 10.30 pm with work, gym and social engagements. This tincture gave me a clean kind of vitality throughout the day, and I am knocking things off my to-do list with more presence and endurance.
- Be Happy Essence promised to work on self-esteem. I chose this tincture because I can be pretty self-critical, and the essence worked like a warm, gentle nudge toward self-kindness. It helped dissolve some sneaky patterns of anxiety and helped me release some emotional residue I’d been carrying that wasn’t mine. Oddly (or maybe not), I also developed much better self care habits as a result, especially around my fitness journey!
- As well as the three essences I listed above, I also treated myself to the Harmony Hemp & Tallow Moisturising Balm. This is now my ultimate hand hero, soothing dry hands and vulnerable winter cuticles. It feels decadent to apply, with a rebellious Hemp fragrance. You can use the balm on elbows, feet, face… anywhere your skin needs a little extra nourishment.
Nature’s Remedy was founded on the belief that wellness comes from nature. The blend of native Australian botanicals like Waratah, Black Eyed Susan, Fringed Violet, Sunshine Wattle– alongside the hero, Cherry Wine Hemp - makes this ritual feel deeply grounded in the Australian landscape.
In summary, Nature’s Remedy products are a privilege to use, and effortless to procure. The prices are fantastic, and the botanical essences are compatible with any other supplements and nutritional preferences. These gentle visits from these botanical aids are a welcome boost to my daily ritual, and a small act of self-care with a joyful energetic return.
